Hello! My name is Anton — yoga teacher, manual therapist, and medical massage specialist.

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2009 and studying how the body moves, where pain begins, and what actually helps. My practice brings together medical massage, Thai massage, and yoga — not as separate services, but as one integrated approach rooted in anatomy, kinesiology, and genuine care. Whether you’re dealing with a stiff neck, persistent back pain, or tension that simply won’t let go, I’ll assess your body’s patterns and build treatment around your specific needs. Precise, warm, and evidence-informed — the kind of treatment that gives your body the best chance to recover.

Medical Massage

If you’re dealing with back pain, neck pain, runner’s knee, or ongoing chronic pain, medical massage can help you move and feel better. Every session begins with a focused orthopedic assessment using special tests and movement evaluation to identify the likely source of your pain. From there, treatment is tailored to reduce tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and support recovery. This is not a routine relaxation massage — it is precise, hands-on work designed to address the cause of discomfort and help you return to daily life with less pain and more freedom.

Yoga: Increase flexibility, find better balance

With 17 years of personal practice and over 10 years of teaching, I approach yoga the way a clinician approaches the body — through anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics. As a certified manual therapist specializing in orthopedic massage, I understand not just how to guide a pose, but why it works, where it acts, and how it helps. My classes are especially effective for people with back, neck, and shoulder tension from long hours at a desk. Every session is detailed, adaptable, and built on real anatomical principles — whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner.

I teach yoga as a holistic practice: we work with breath (pranayama), learn to apply energy locks (bandhas), and study the philosophy of yoga, so that each class becomes deep and conscious. My sessions help you not only increase flexibility, but also strengthen muscles, improve posture, and find better balance.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is a dynamic, deeply therapeutic practice that focuses on stretching muscles and addressing orthopedic issues. It is performed in comfortable clothing, and unlike traditional Western massage, there are no superficial strokes. Instead, the practitioner applies firm, precise pressure, working not only on soft tissues but also mobilizing joints. The intention is to penetrate deeply into the body’s structure, releasing tension patterns, increasing range of motion, and restoring natural alignment.
