Yoga: Increase flexibility, find better balance
With 17 years of personal practice and over 10 years of teaching, I approach yoga the way a clinician approaches the body — through anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics. As a certified manual therapist specializing in orthopedic massage, I understand not just how to guide a pose, but why it works, where it acts, and how it helps. My classes are especially effective for people with back, neck, and shoulder tension from long hours at a desk. Every session is detailed, adaptable, and built on real anatomical principles — whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner.Â
I teach yoga as a holistic practice: we work with breath (pranayama), learn to apply energy locks (bandhas), and study the philosophy of yoga, so that each class becomes deep and conscious. My sessions help you not only increase flexibility, but also strengthen muscles, improve posture, and find better balance.
